Roofer: Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, possess strong knowledge of various roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and cedar shakes, and demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required.

Roofing Apprentice: Ideal candidates should be comfortable at with heights, comfortable in the various elements (heat & cold), have a desire to learn, work well under pressure, are organized and have excellent time management skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Labourer: Ideal candidates should have good physical stamina, comfortable at heights, comfortable in the various elements (heat & cold), have attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions in order to assist with the team. A valid driver's license is required.
